Custom Cabinets, Vanities, Edge Glued Panels, Trim, Baseboards, and Staining
Trim and Baseboards
Wood N Saw trim and baseboards are customized to the shapes and length to fit the artificial design and the period you strive for. In some cases, molding the form can be used for duplicates in multiple categories in various applications. For example, a casing may be applied as a baseboard or a crown mold exchanged as a base cap or panel mold.
Our base caps and panel molds can have a rabbet designed for recessed paneling or as a wainscot cap. Select a molding, and we will custom-fit the entryway, window, or jamb.
Edge Glued Panels
Edge-glued panels are non-structural wood products used in manufacturing products such as furniture and cutting boards. Our panel sizes range from thickness .5 – 3inches and up to 12 feet in length, produced by laminating narrow pieces of wood along their edges to create products of greater width using glue.
Staining Services
Wood N Saw provides staining services in their OSHA approved staining room and booth. Our services include staining baseboards, trim or moldings, chair rails, doors, and window casings.
You can choose the various wood types and match stains to the new wood to bring out the natural color.
You can choose from many stains and colors and decide on low luster to high gloss finishes.
